Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Expedited shipping speeds up transit time only and does not shorten order processing time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed pickup, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Once an order is confirmed as delivered to the address provided, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Orders generally cannot be modified or canceled starting the next business day after placement.
Damaged or Missing Products
Shipping carriers may occasionally cause minor package wear or product movement during transit. Please inspect your package promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or missing, please contact us promptly with clear photos and order details so we can assist you.
Claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery (photo evidence recommended). We reserve the right to review claims and determine reshipment eligibility within 30 days from the original shipment date.
